This is a beautiful coffee produced by Welichu Wachu Industry PLC in Guji Region. Local small coffee holders in Goru Muda sell their freshly harvested coffee cherries to the washing station and Welichu Wachu process the coffees.
Goru Muda is located in Guji region; one of the sub-area of Harsu Haro Muda kebele (village). The coffee farms spreading across 2050 – 2300 Meters above sea level, which is a good indicator of high density coffee and structure acidity.
The coffee is naturally processed. After receiving the coffee cherries, the washing station would float the cherries to remove unripe or unwanted cherries, then spread out the coffee on the raised table made by fine knitted wire and dry for 14-20 days depending on the local weather. The coffee skin (pulp) would attach to the coffee seeds and transfer all those goodness to the coffee seeds until it reached desire moisture content.

Roast & despatch days are currently Monday to Friday. All orders placed after midnight on Thursday will be roasted and dispatched on Monday.
We create a new and unique profile for each coffee we roast. Although the profiles are different, our approach is always the same, to highlight and accentuate the flavours created at the farm and mill. This means we don't label our coffees as espresso, filter, dark or light roast. All of our coffees are omni-roast, meant to be delicious however you brew. We believe the heart of speciality is keeping the identity and character of every coffee intact and alive, no matter the brew method.
