Coffee Program

Our coffee program is borne of a pioneering approach to coffee excellence. We strive to break people’s preconceptions of what an incredible coffee can be, where it can grow or who grows it. We develop sustainable relationships with the producers we work with, paying at least 50% over FairTrade prices, without exception. With a world-class Cup Taster developing the program, and 15 years of Origin under our belt, we’re in a privileged position to be able to do this.


Education is everything. It empowers the baristas we work with and does justice to the coffee producers. Our SCA accredited professionals teach the Coffee Diploma with modules in Barista Skills, Brewing and Sensory. We also offer home enthusiast courses from our training labs in London and Cornwall.

Machinery & Technical

Having the right equipment to brew with is key. In addition to our longstanding partnership with La Marzocco, we are privileged to work alongside some of the industry’s leading equipment manufacturers. And with a nationwide network of technical engineers with experience in repairs, callouts and machine customisations, you can brew great coffee, at the standard it deserves.
